If you have some condition and experience with exercise I suggest Beachbody Insanity. It's awesome.
It just depends on what you're wanting to work on:)
Last year I did an all cardio workout and I lost weight from all over my body! P90X is a great workout! You can also do Insanity! I did that one last year as well. :)
zumba is one of my favorite exercises to do, here you go check it out
I always recommend insanity. Its a great program, my husband and I have been doing it, it is rough and kicks your butt! but its so worth it! My sister also did the 21 day fix and really liked it, she started that one before trying insanity and I think it got her ready for insanity so to say.
I'm a huge Zumba fan as long as you're healthy it should be fun
