Carrots, Broccoli, apples, peaches, pears, applesauce. Nut-free granola bars. You can even make homemade granola bars so you know what is in them:) Grapes are a big hit with my 3 and 5 year old. We have nut allergies in our family so we mainly stick with fruits and veggies.
