This recipe is perfect on a busy weekend when you need to please the adults and the kids! Everyone wants seconds here. To balance some of the calories I always serve with a healthy side salad loaded with veggies.

In a large pot, bring your water to boil and cook the elbow macaroni till "al denta" Drain well and toss with your butter, tossing so its well coated and won't stick together.
In another pot, brown your sausage. When done, remove from the pan and drain off any excess oil. Place sausage back in the pan and stir in your milk, eggs, salt, black pepper, and mustard; mixing well before adding in your pasta and cheddar cheese. Cook on low heat, stirring often until cheese is melted and creamy.
