The first thing I will tell you is that they come as individual little balls, frozen in a bag. Take out just what you need and put the rest back in the freezer. You can thaw overnight, or do a faster raise in a warm place in the morning. Just make sure you grease your pan well and spray plastic wrap with Pam to cover the dough as it raises. The first time I made these, I just used a 13x9 inch pan and put each little individual roll about an inch or so from the other and let raise. I will tell you that you need more than 1 roll. It practically collapsed when we cut it to put butter on. It was just a little too light and airy. The next time I made them, I put 2 rolls in an individual muffin pan and let them raise. They were perfect! Sort of looked like this, except with only 2 balls.
Then I tried dessert, Apple Spice Rolls!
They were delicious! You can also use your Bundt pan and make Monkey Bread like this!
And, not just desserts! Look at this recipe, which I am trying next.
You can't go wrong with these rolls. No mixing of the bread, take out what you need and just be creative. Check all the recipes they have available and you will be surprised!
