Nothing seems to be faster to cook than steak! Quick, easy and a great dinner to enjoy on the weekend.
Place whole peppercorns in a blender or coffee grinder and roughly chop. Move to a bowl and add in your coffee grounds, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well to combine. Drizzle the olive oil over the steaks and rub it in coating both sides well. Sprinkle on your spice mixture and press it into the steaks. Sear on high heat until your desired temperature (It usually takes around 4 minutes for Medium Rare). Move to a platter and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
