I used to love getting computer games when I was a kid that would be learning based. I never had a math one but I had a reading game I absolutely loved and would spend hours on. Being kids love their IPads and computers so much these days maybe it would not be a bad idea to have some Math games on them for your child to play. Not only will it be fun for them but they will be learning without even really realizing it.
If she is a visual learning, try incorporating an abacus like this
Or if she's an auditory learning, try learning them by song
Or, if she's an active kid that needs to keep moving, try creating a hopscotch using math facts in the squares. Anything you can do to make it fun is great.
@tonya_kinsler I used to play cashier with my daughter and used a big colorful calculator to help her, she is special needs and didnt' really retain all of the information but it did help her.
Look at this one see what you think http://www.amazon.com/Casio-MS-6VC-RD-Practical-Calculator-Display/dp/B00IT133OW?ie=UTF8&keywords=big%20key%20calculator&qid=1465444532&ref_=sr_1_50&s=office-products&sr=1-50

If she's a visual learner like me you can try something like m and M's.
