Looking for midday natural energy boosts. Any suggestions?

I am a stay at home mom of 2 little people. I am still nursing one of them so i am hoping for recommendations for safe, natural products that can help me get over the midday hump without making me crash around supper time.

I am not using 5 Hour Energy drink ever but I have a full time and a few part time jobs and always look for natural solutions. I take Ashwagandha daily. Check my article out.

If you want a natural boost, ginseng always helps.  I used to use liquid ginseng when I had to work overnights.  I would check with your doctor first though just to make sure it is safe.
