I LOVE THE SHOW EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS AND I BOUGHT CHRIS POWELL CHOOSE MORE, LOSE MORE YOU CAN CHECK IT OUT ON AMAZON. THERE ARE OTHER BOOKS BUT I CHOSE THIS ONE BASED ON THE NUTRITION I NEED FOR MY WORK-OUTS. THERE ARE MANY OTHER BOOKS BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS AND HEIDI POWELL BOOKS BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN HELPING PEOPLE LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OF FOR LIFE.
