Staying fit is incredibly important to me. I aim for 3-4 cross training / circuit training classes at a personalized fitness center but on days I can't get there I make sure to at least get a short run or HIIT workout in.
You don't need to spend a ton of cash to get a quality workout in at home. This list includes the products I have collected over a period of time. In all honesty, a set of dumbbells, a kettle bell, and medicine ball, are a great place to get started.
