My wife and I have been cross fitting for the past 10 months, and we started about 8 months after our daughter was born. It was at that point that our daughter was eating whole foods, so my wife could work out before or after I got home from work, and I could still feed and keep the kids sane. However, my wife had been looking for ways to get fit for months before. The problem was that she could only manage to work out at the gym for 15 minutes or less before our daughter started crying.
I saw this video and it reminded me so much of our WODs (workout of the day) that I was compelled to share it. Working out has made a huge difference to our mental and physical health after having our children, and these workouts seem like a great way for new mothers (and fathers...I mean really, boys, we can step up too) to start getting back into the routine.
