From the early 1960's to the mid 1970's was a time in which music, art and social changes happened which was called the psychedelic movement. In 1967,during the summer, it will always be know as the Summer of Love in rock and roll. People being called hippies, flower child were very popular names during this time. These were people that advocated for peace and love, not war.
