I have always been interested in using food and oils for their medicinal qualities but have never really put much time into researching this subject. Where would you suggest I begin?

I am mostly looking for information right now, so books you can suggest, YouTube videos I can watch, sites that are knowledgable. I am really interested in things like essential oils for mood/boosts, and nutrition for things like curing colds, fighting allergies, fatigue, that sort of thing.

@victoria You're welcome.  No I have herb and organic gardening books.  The encyclopedia book is in our local library.  I liked it.  The library is a great place to try books out if you are not sure of buying them too!
