If you love "heat" you won't be able to get enough of this chili recipe. To tone it down a bit for sensitive taste buds just omit some of the hot peppers. Either way, it's delicious!
You will need:
Toppings: minced onions or green onions, sour cream, cheddar cheese, tortilla chips
~ Tequila (to kill the burn) ~
In a large soup pot, brown bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and chop.
Brown beef and ground pork together in the same pot over medium high heat. Once brown, add in your onion and green peppers, cooking for a few minutes until softened. Add in the rest of your ingredients (minus the bacon and beans) and allow to simmer for 45 - 60 minutes on low heat. Add in bacon and beans and simmer for another 30 minutes.
