In honor of fall, I created this whipped pumpkin pie sugar scrub. Fall is about the time when I need to use sugar scrubs more often because my skin gets dry. The sugar in this recipe gently sloughs off dead skin cells and the oils moisturized your skin. I added a bit of castile soap so it's not quite so oily feeling while still giving you the skin-loving benefits of the oil.
To use, scoop about 1/4 of a cup into your hands and rub on your body in a circular motion. You can use this on your body, feed, and hands, but don't use it on your face.
Rinse well after using.
