The Chef Remi cooking thermometer is my new best friend. I mean how much better can it get with a digital thermometer reading your meat/fish's temperature. This thing came with a carrying case sffffffffffffffffrrrrrrro you can store it and not get it dirty. And it also came with a small book telling you the temperature of what your meat should be at. So instead of having to look up different resources online about when I need to take my meatloaf or pork tenderloin out of the oven, I can just reference the book and have the digital thermometer read the temperature.
As most people, I had one of those old-school thermometers with the little needle. It would literally take forever to get a reading. And if the meat wasn't done I would have to put it back in the oven where I just let all of the heat out of because I was taking the temperature for so long.
Some of the things I love about Chef Remi's thermometer are:
Easy to use- This thing is so simple to use. Stick it in what ever your cooking (meat), and press a button... Done!
Easy to read- has an LCD screen!
Fast- literally reads results in seconds.
Battery Saver- it turns automatically to save battery life.
You can choose from Farienhiet to Celsius. And reads up to 572ºF ( 300°C)
