If you're really brave try Shawn T's dance workout dvd's , I lost my excess baby weight with them, they are a little hard at times but worth the reward. Best of luck in your fitness journey
I have used this for a while now. If you can get past the annoying instructor, then this will help you build muscle. It's pretty long(an hour) and you'll want to throw your TV, but I suggest you give it a try. It claims you see results in 10 workouts, but I've seen results in as little as 3 workouts.
Besides a good diet, I guess running and some cardio exercises would do quite a job
