Right now I use half a banana, 5 blue barry, 3 strawberries, 1 leaf of kale, 1 cup of greek yogurt and a splash of walmart ice drinks. It seems to be doing the trick and cost around $10. for an entire months worth. And it really does work as i hvae lost 19lbs so far (with 5 days a wee of 10-15 min workouts) But I was wondering if anyone has any other good smoothies to try.
