<p>Swell opened December 5, 2008 in beautiful Bellingham, Washington to offer people an eco-conscious basics boutique that pushes the envelope. Not only does Swell carry fabulous organic layering pieces for all body types but it’s a store with a basic to complete any outfit.</p>
<p>With one eco-conscious decision we are awakened. Start with the basics. As one of our favorite fans said: “Super cheerful (and cute!) staff plus one fabulous dog equal a great addition to Bellingham, Washington. Stop in if you haven’t already!”</p>
